The good news is we will soon be able to control a wide range of devices directly with our brains. The bad news is most people do not know how to control their brains.
By this we mean that a large segment of the population cannot quiet their mind easily, or remove negative thoughts at will.
The audios below will help you learn and practice these valuable skills. There's no secret formula; it's not even difficult. All it takes is a little practice.
All audios were produced and are hosted by Jim George, co-founder of The Goal Mine.

Set of all five audios
The three audios shown above were actually designed to be used as a set of five. The final audios are "Who Are You?" and "What Do You Want?" These audios are used mainly by clients who work one-on-one with Jim George, but there's no reason why anyone can't benefit from them. For best results, listen to each audio in order for four days in a row, then move to the next audio. When you have listened to all the audios in this manner, you should then feel free to listen to any audio at any time.
